1. Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your BADBÉ products. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return unused, unopened products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be in original, unopened packaging
  • Must not show signs of use or damage
  • Must include all original packaging and documentation
  • Must be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Clearance or final sale items

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team with your order number
  2. Provide a reason for the return
  3. Receive a return authorization number (RMA)
  4. Ship the item back to us in original packaging
  5. Include your RMA number in the package

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. BADBÉ is not responsible for items lost in transit.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

7. Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will replace the product or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

8. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or item, please contact us. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for the exchange.

9. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for items that do not meet return eligibility requirements. This includes items that show signs of use, have damaged packaging, or are missing original materials.

10. Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or with a discount may only be refunded for the sale price paid, not the original retail price.
