1. Shipping Methods

We offer three shipping options for all orders within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days - $5.00
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days - $12.00
  • Overnight Shipping: Next business day - $25.00

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Addresses

We ship to addresses within the United States only. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

4. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working to expand our shipping capabilities and will announce international options in the future.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package in real-time through our carrier's website. Tracking information is typically available within 24 hours of shipment.

6. Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Factors such as weather, holidays, and carrier delays may affect delivery times. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number
  • Tracking number
  • Photos of the damage (if applicable)

We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement or refund.

8. Signature Requirements

Standard and Express shipments do not require a signature. Overnight shipments may require a signature depending on the carrier. Please ensure someone is available to receive your package.

9. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected shipping method and are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the order is cancelled before shipment.

10. Holidays and Weekends

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Shipping times do not include weekends or holidays.
